Sleep out in the Park – talk with Carlisle Borough officials

In this 24 minute video Pat LaMarche and I had a conversation with Mayor Tim Scott and Council Member Jeff Stuby about the challenges that municipalities face in dealing with homelessness.  Many thanks to the Borough of Carlisle for supporting the Sleep out in the Park by allowing us access to one of the Borough parks, using a pavilion along with electricity, and the bathroom in the park.
